Celebration of Worship: 10:30 a.m.  Sunday Morning

 

The goal of Sunday morning worship time is to corporately draw near to the throne of God in Spirit and in truth. While true worship is a 24/7 lifestyle, Sunday morning brings us together as the body of Christ to express our hearts to God and receive His touch. Ultimately worship is not about me, myself, and I; it's all about God!

In order to keep our worship Christ-centered and relevant to the times in which we live, we try to be structured enough to have a smooth flow, yet flexible enough to give the Holy Spirit opportunity to move and work.

We honor the diverse backgrounds and cultures each person brings to this congregation and its worship. We therefore value the virtue of flexibility as we enjoy the blend of historic and contemporary music as well as various personal expressions of worship and praise.

God's Word is the foundation upon which we base our beliefs. We believe the Bible is God's "Life Manual" for us and as such is relevant and applicable to our daily life, giving direction, meaning, and purpose.

Children's Church is available during the months of August to May for children Pre K through fifth grades. Children are dismissed for this before the sermon begins. Wee One's Church, ages one to Pre K meets during the worship service. There is a cry room at the back of the church for babies and their caregivers.
